Age play can be fun, interesting and tricky. The most difficult thing for a reader is an author pushing too hard on the baby talk by both parties. If the reader has an age play kink, they might get into lispy nonsense dialogue. Most of us are more casual readers of daddy/little. Good to keep the dialogue simple with some baby talk, but use a light touch. Use activities, actions, reactions and the environment to emphasis the age play. Just don't wooby dubby boopsie poopsie widdle snookums or lisp us to death.
