Good Character setup and development and fast pace of the story, along with the house with Bernie make it an adult Disney type story. Had fun reading it so far. Keep'em coming.

Only criticism is a need for a close edit. I found myself jarred by several misused homonyms (such as "phase" instead of "faze"). But overall I like it and will keep following it.
