Your continuity is off, though. You mentioned it was mid-August toward the beginning of your story. At the end, you stated there were only a couple of weeks left of school. Did these events happen over eight or nine months? Also, there were a couple of typo's or wrong words used. Good plot, maybe could have used more of a build-up between these two.
