Slipping away

A clever extrapolation of points of view; all the world gets on with living as one life ends. Is there IRONY in the young boys name? Even as I knew the fate of the young man as he entered the water (the story unfolds within the ((predictable)) cycle of life and death), I find the tale of interest on a symbolic level...the death occurs as others play violent video-games...his name, Rehab...all to easy to think of social structures that have failed - led to this death.

Ultimately a sad story, the metaphors of the cycles - the sun and the moon - are a poignant echo of the young man's final moments.

sorry

A very strong and poetic story. Is this something that have happened? We all die, nobody is excluded Arma. Some times life will be extremly cruel, but it doesn't know. It's only us that notice it... There are still people needing love out there, waiting for a touch. Cheers Yoron.
