The story's got another 2 or 3 chapters in her. Hopefully tears will be replaced with far more enjoyable activities in the near future. :3

Why did the Medusa die? After saving the mother + child duo + finaly saving that last sacrifice? That was just out of place for me, also the guy doing that? So cold blooded while previously he was supposed to be the one saving the city... "Death" of Chimera was perfecly executed in stead. On the side note why do we not get the name of Medusa? Did she forgot that she had one? Chimera i get since hes so long alone and crazy that he actually prefers not to mention that

The character that deserves a happy ending getting sniped when you least expect it is kind of a trademark of classic Greek tragedy. These are the same guys who thought fate was dictated by cold blooded tyrants, and the gods were petty vindictive assholes.

2 I got the impression the guy cut her down was possessed by Athena. The story mentions that he was in contact with her and warned them she was pissed, then his eyes flash, he lashes out in pure hatred and is suddenly horrified and apologetic.

3 Medusa isn’t a title, that’s her actual name and to my knowledge that’s always been her name. The creature she was turned into is called a gorgon.

Seriously man let us know if there’s another chapter in the works. As near as I can tell there’s not quite enough unresolved conflicts for another story. Yet that end seemed very anticlimactic, there was no sense of closure no finally just belphonyine raging at the heavens.

Also what was the point of the masks final lines? Were they alluding to something, offering consolation or just implying that this whole thing was a farce to make bell cry.

There's still another 3 chapters coming. Chapter 16 will be the final chapter.

This is a truly excellent story, sir or mam. You could "fade to black" during the naughty bits and I wouldn't care in the slightest. I'm reading this one for the plot.
