Excellent beginning

Now for the complex emotions and miscommunication to come. Looking forward to more

He speaks about the past and present in the same sentence without any punctuation or new dialog. Can't seem to follow the conversations...it's with grandson, memory or just his mind. Stopped reading after a couple phrases.

I realize it ends up being weird. I had certain parts italicized originally and haven't figured out if I'm able to do that on here yet or find some other way to denote it. Sorry for the confusion!
