I like the slow build up. I like that you put the story and characters first. You have me interested. I gave the story 5 stars because of your efforts. Thanks for your time and imagination.

Not a bad first effort, a bit wordy but otherwise okay. Unlike so many other recent contributors, I will read your next submission. Most of what's been submitted since the covid sham began is no more than trash, at least you didn't jump in with another stupid cuck story.

Brilliant start, although I find stories like this depressing. What we have is two siblings who are obviously in love with each other but haven't the confidence to express those feelings. Additionally they both date other people which I see as both a betrayal of each other as well as a betrayal of themselves. To me it's like cheating in a marriage.

Yes, I know that the situation is different and the stigma attached to their relationship would be frightening but still I feel that anyone in this position needs to be true to the other. After all, they have the perfect excuse to avoid dating due to the tyrannical mother figure.

Which brings me to why are they still with their adoptive parent. If she is so bad surely they are old enough to strike out on their own which would solve a lot of other problems for them.

Still a really good story and very well written. Not sure I will read the next part though.

Easier to read if you had just written it all in 3rd person instead of swapping 'I' all the time.
