I really enjoyed the story. The characters are well defined so far. The dialogue is very good.

The only knock I havr is you need an editor or to look at it more thoroughly. There are quite a few extra words or words out of sequence.

Small critique aside, very well done.

Outstanding. Long build-up but genuinely engaging. Unlike so many other stories I didn’t find myself skimming ahead. Beautifully done.
