I normally love your stories. This one, not so much. I really think that you didn't have to make Hal be a criminal and as evil as you did. I'm also confused by the time-line of the video in the trial versus the whole waking up at 1:13 am thing. The video has Hal getting killed at 1:43 am or something like that.

I'm sorry, but I have to go with a 3/5 this time around. It's way too dark for my taste.

i dont think you know the difference between a ghost and an incubus. change the title please
