Canada, Mexico and all of Europe allow 1st cousin marriage. Several states have no restrictions on 1st cousin marriage. Texas has some of the strictest laws against incest to the point where cousins legally married from other states break the law if they have sex. Brad and Jamie need to move to New Mexico where 1st cousin marriage is completely legal.
