Much to her shock and embarrassment, Mia couldn't believe that she had looked the most elegant in the restaurant just an hour ago then turned into a suspect while naked spreading her legs and doing a crab crotch pose in front of her boyfriend and some homeless strangers claimed as legal witnesses.

___________

At a fancy restaurant earlier

Mia looked stunning in her blue, form-fitting cocktail dress. The dress hugged her curves in all the right places, accentuating her hourglass figure. The low-cut neckline revealed just enough cleavage, leaving James unable to take his eyes off her. Mia was a D-cup, so she knew that finding the perfect bra for this dress was crucial. She had opted for a strapless push-up bra, which provided the support she needed while enhancing her cleavage. The bra was made of white lace, which added an extra touch of elegance to her outfit. Mia had paired her dress with a pair of black strappy heels, which elongated her legs and completed her look.

As they indulged in the delicious seafood buffet, Mia and James couldn't help but notice the various groups of people around them. Some were rowdy and loud, while others seemed to be enjoying intimate conversations. The atmosphere was lively and exciting, with the clinking of glasses and the murmur of chatter filling the air. After a wonderful candle-lit dinner, the lovebirds headed to the cashier counter to check out and continue their date with a newly-released thriller at the cinema around the downtown.

But no! Mia and James were taken aback as the waiter told her to wait at the cashier counter while he went to investigate the accusations made by the man called Mark. She felt her cheeks flush with embarrassment as she noticed the other diners staring at her. James felt insulted at first, then putting a reassuring arm around her shoulder as they waited for the waiter to return. "Don't worry, Mia. I'm sure it's just a misunderstanding or a terrible prank" he said, trying to calm her down.

When they were waiting, the man who had made the accusation approached them. "I saw you take that seafood, and I'm not afraid to call you out on it, There were also three witnesses along with me who could confirm it" he said, his voice filled with contempt. Mia was taken aback by the man's accusations. "I didn't take any seafood. That's a lie," she protested, her voice shaking. James stepped in, his voice firm. "There must be some mistake. We didn't take any seafood, and we certainly wouldn't steal anything."

Mark, the man who had accused Mia of stealing, turned out to be part of a group of homeless people who had won tickets to the buffet at this restaurant. They had been sitting at a table near Mia and James, and Mark had been eyeing them suspiciously throughout the meal. It was then that Mia and James realized that Mark's accusations were likely motivated by jealousy and resentment.

The clerk at the counter was clearly annoyed with Mark's accusations, but Mark was persistent. He cited a county law that stated that any accusation of theft that involved four witnesses required thorough identity checks. The clerk begrudgingly complied, asking Mia to hand over her ID and exchanging some background information. Mia was nervous as she handed over her ID, hoping that everything would be sorted out quickly. Mark, however, seemed to be enjoying the attention, and he continued to make snide remarks as they waited for the identity check to be completed. "I knew you were up to no good," he sneered, a smug grin on his face. James was getting increasingly frustrated with Mark's behavior. "You have no right to accuse us of something we didn't do, I'll get you sued for that" he said, his voice rising in anger.

Mia gave the clerk her name, Mia Rodriguez, her date of birth, January 12th, 1997, and her home address in the nearby neighborhood.

"Thank you, Ms. Rodriguez. Can I ask, are you new to the town?" the clerk inquired, noting down her information. Mia nodded. "Yes, I just moved here a few weeks ago." she explained, hoping to give the clerk more context about her background. The clerk nodded, writing down her ethnicity and financial status. "Thank you for the information. We'll cross-check your details with our records and let you know the results as soon as possible," he said, walking away to start the identity check.

The clerk returned with a serious expression on his face. "Ms. Rodriguez, I apologize for the inconvenience, but we had to conduct a thorough identity check based on the accusations made against you," he said, handing back her ID. Mia breathed a sigh of relief, hoping that the situation had been resolved. "I understand, and I'm glad that everything has been cleared up," she said, a sense of gratitude in her voice. The clerk shook his head, then continued, "I'm sorry, but I also want to remind you that the restaurant has strict regulations against sneaking food outside the facility. This is to prevent food waste and protect the environment. I hope you understand that we take this matter very seriously," he explained.

Mia's heart sank as she realized the gravity of the situation. She had no intention of taking any food outside the restaurant, but the accusations made against her had painted her in a negative light. "I understand, sir. I assure you that I had no intention of taking any food outside the restaurant," she replied, hoping to clear her name.

The clerk nodded, then continued, "We had multiple witnesses claim that they saw you take food outside, including Mark and three other men. If we ignored the allegations from them, we would get sued for "procedural irregularity", which refers to any deviation from the correct legal procedures or rules that are required to be followed in a particular legal process. I hope you can cooperate with us as we sort out this case," he said, his tone stern.

Mia felt a sense of frustration rise in her chest. She knew she was innocent, but the accusations made against her had put her in a difficult position. "I'm willing to cooperate with you in any way I can, sir. I hope we can resolve this issue as soon as possible," she said, her voice calm but determined. The clerk then continued, "I understand, Ms. Rodriguez. According to our regulations and the law, we need to call in a police officer and a doctor for further assistance. This is to ensure that we follow the proper procedure and protect the safety of our guests," he explained.

Mia felt a sense of confusion and worry wash over her. She didn't fully understand what was happening due to her lack of legal knowledge, despite James's help.

The clerk noticed her confusion and tried to explain further. "Don't worry, Ms. Rodriguez. We'll make sure that you're fully informed of what's happening, and we'll assist you in any way we can. We'll just need you to sign this form, indicating that you agree to the procedure," he said, handing her a piece of paper.

Mia glanced at the form, trying to make sense of the legal jargon. James offered to help her, and together they read through the form and understood its contents. Mia hesitated for a moment, feeling a sense of unease at the thought of involving the police and a doctor. But she knew that it was necessary to clear her name and prove her innocence. She signed the form, then handed it back to the clerk.

"Thank you, Ms. Rodriguez. We'll proceed with the necessary steps, and we'll keep you informed of any updates," he said, offering her a reassuring smile.

Mia and James waited anxiously for the police officer and doctor to arrive, but unfortunately, they were informed that it was the busiest week, and there were no public force available to assist them. The clerk apologized for the delay and informed them that he would be improvising by calling the restaurant manager, Frank, and a young medical staff, Joe, to replace the police officer and doctor.

Mia and James exchanged worried glances, unsure of what to expect from the substitute staff. They wondered if they would be able to handle the situation professionally and effectively.

After a few minutes, the restaurant manager, Frank, arrived at the scene, panting and sweating from his exertion. He was an overweight, middle-aged man with a gruff voice and a stern demeanor. "Okay, what's the situation here?" he asked, trying to catch his breath.

The clerk explained the situation, and Frank nodded, seeming to understand the gravity of the situation. He then turned to Mia and James and started to ask them a series of questions, trying to gather more information about what had happened.

Mia and James tried their best to answer his questions, hoping that he would be able to help them resolve the issue. They sensed that Frank was doing his best, but they couldn't help but feel uneasy about his lack of expertise in dealing with such situations.

As they waited for the young medical staff, Joe, to arrive, they prayed that everything would turn out okay and that they could finally enjoy the rest of their evening. Frank turned to Joe, the young medical staff, who had just arrived at the scene.

"Joe, can you jot down some basic information about Ms. Rodriguez? We need to record all the details for our report," he said, his voice gruff.

Joe nodded, taking out a notepad and pen from his pocket. "Sure, what do you need to know?" he asked, looking at Mia.

Frank turned to Mia, then started asking her a series of questions.

"Can you please tell us your full name, age, height, weight, and hometown?" he asked, trying to gather as much information as possible.

Mia took a deep breath, trying to remember all the details. "My full name is Mia Rodriguez, I was born in 1997, I'm 5 feet 6 inches tall, I weigh 135 pounds, and I'm originally from Los Angeles," she said, hoping that the information would be enough. Joe noted down the information, then asked for her ID to confirm her identity. Mia handed over her ID, and Joe cross-checked the information with the records in their system

As she stood there, answering the questions posed by Frank and Joe, she couldn't help but feel self-conscious about her appearance. She wondered if her dress and bra were too revealing, and if they were drawing unwanted attention to her.

Mia's dress was made of a stretchy material that clung to her every move, and it had a plunging neckline that revealed just enough of her cleavage to be alluring but still tasteful. Her white lace D-cup bra had delicate straps that peeked out from the neckline of her dress, revealing a hint of the bra's color. Mia's hair was styled in loose waves that cascaded down her back, and her makeup was subtle yet enhancing, with a nude lip and a smoky eye that made her eyes pop.

As she looked around the restaurant, she noticed the admiring glances of a few men who seemed to be taken by her beauty and confidence

Little did Mia know her ordeal had just begun when Joe asked for such personal and intimate details about her clothing and accessories. She felt a sense of embarrassment and discomfort Joe stated that it was necessary for the legal and medical procedures.

She took a deep breath, then started to describe her purse's details. "My purse is a black leather clutch, with a gold clasp and chain strap. It's about six inches long and three inches wide," she said, trying to recall the details.

Joe took notes, then asked for more information about her dress and underwear. James interrupted their conversation right away:

"Excuse me, what is the point of that question? My girlfriend doesn't need to answer these craps." said he, as pulling Mia away to make for the exit. Unfortunately, Frank pointed the form Mia had just signed and claimed she would be charged "obstruction of justice", which is usually considered as felony offense.

James and Mia hesitated for a moment, feeling a sense of shyness. Mia knew that she had to comply with the procedure by continuing her answers.

"My dress is a size small, from the brand 'H&M.' I bought it at the H&M store in the mall a few weeks ago. My bra is a white lace bra, size D-cup, from the brand 'Victoria's Secret,' and I bought it at the Victoria's Secret store in the same mall," she said, trying to recall all the details.

Joe noted down the information, then asked for more specific details about her underwear. Mia felt her cheeks turn red as she described the details of her underwear, but she tried to remain calm and composed.

"My underwear is a thong, also from Victoria's Secret. It's white with a white floral print and a lace trim. It's a size small, and I bought it at the same store in the mall," she said, feeling a sense of relief as she finished.

Joe thanked her for her cooperation, then added, "I know this can be a bit uncomfortable, but we need to gather all the details for our report. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding," he said, trying to offer her a reassuring smile again.

Frank then looked at Mia with a serious expression on his face. "I'm sorry to ask you this, but we need to verify the information you've given us. Can you please take a look at the label inside your purse and the tag on your bra to confirm the details?" he asked, trying to be as professional as possible.

Mia nodded, understanding the need for verification, and reached into her purse to check the label. "The label says 'Made in Italy' and has the brand name 'Prada' on it," she said, showing the label to Frank. Frank inspected the label, then asked her to check the tag on her bra. "And can you please show me the tag on your bra as well?" he asked, trying to be as discreet as possible.

Feeling a sense of discomfort, she reached into her dress and pulled out the right cup of her bra, showing the small tag underneath it.

"The tag says 'Victoria's Secret' and has 34D-size and care instructions on it," she said, trying to keep her voice steady.

Frank inspected the tag, then asked her to move her hands aside so he could get a better look. Mia felt so shy as she moved her hands, revealing the tag and the details underneath it.

After that, Joe pulled out a small camera and informed Mia that he needed to take a photo of her for identification purposes. Mia felt a sense of apprehension at the thought of having her photo taken, Frank and Joe kept repeating that it was necessary for the legal and medical procedures.

"Can you please stand over here and make a pose, Ms. Rodriguez?" Joe asked, pointing to a nearby wall.

Mia walked over to the wall, feeling a sense of self-consciousness about her appearance. She wondered if she looked good in her dress and if her makeup was still intact. Joe instructed her to stand still and make a pose, then took a few quick shots with his camera. Mia tried to strike a confident pose, hoping that the photo would turn out well.

Hoping her ordeal was finally over, Mia froze in shock as Frank asked her to remove her dress.

"Ms. Rodriguez, I'm sorry to ask you this, but it's part of the procedure to clear out the suspicions. Can you please remove your dress so we can ensure that you're not hiding anything under it?" Frank said, his voice stern.

James once again jumped into the conversations with anger and disgust. "Really guys? I think it's enough.". But to his surprise, Frank gave his final warning with a commanding voice: "If you interrupt the investigation one more time, I'll get you removed from my restaurant immediately before getting back to the search on your girlfriend. You have to respect the law, the restaurant policies and all legal parties involved in this incident, sir!"

Reluctantly, James had to refrain him from any further aggressive movements because he knew he couldn't let Mia deal with this alone with these filthy and pretentious perverts. Mia also felt a sense of embarrassment and discomfort at the thought of undressing in front of the others, but they said that it was necessary to clear her name and prove her innocence. She looked at James, hoping for some support or reassurance, but he remained silent, seemingly understanding the gravity of the situation. Feeling like she had no other choice, Mia slowly started to remove her blue dress, feeling her cheeks turn red with embarrassment. Exposed and vulnerable, Mia stood there in her underwear helplessly, in front of the others.

James had to admit her boobs covered in white-laced bra looked so great under the ambient lights of the cashier counter, but he couldn't stand the thought that he had to share the view of his girlfriend's boobs with these restaurant staff and the manager at the same time.

As Mia was removing her dress, Mark and his three friends suddenly approached the scene, looking both curious and apprehensive. Frank turned to them and explained the situation, then asked them to sign the form as legal witnesses of Mia's case.

Mark stepped forward, eyeing Mia with suspicion. "Can I ask you a question, Ms. Rodriguez? Are you sure you didn't steal anything?" he asked, his voice accusatory.

Mia felt a sense of frustration at the question, but she tried to remain calm and composed. "I'm positive that I didn't steal anything, Mark. I've never done anything like that, and I wouldn't do it now," she said, trying to sound convincing.

Mark looked at her skeptically, then turned to Frank. "I'll sign the form, but I want to make sure that she's telling the truth. I don't want any thieves getting away with it," he said, his voice firm.

Frank nodded, then handed him the form to sign. Mia watched as Mark and his friends signed the form, feeling a sense of anger and resentment towards them.

As they finished signing the form, Mark turned to Mia and said, "I hope you're telling the truth, Ms. Rodriguez. We'll be watching you."

Mia felt a sense of unease at his words, but she tried to remain calm and composed. "I understand your concern, Mark.

James then Frank asked whether Mark and other guys remained present in his girlfriend's investigation, to which Frank just nodded his head and said nothing further. James felt outrageous and jealous that there were now more strangers, especially just homeless, low-class filths, taking looks at Mia while in her bra and underwear.

Frank and Joe then immediately inspected her dress, searching for any signs of the seafood that she was accused of stealing. After a few minutes of searching, they found nothing. Turning to Mark, Frank asked him to describe what he had witnessed when Mia removed her dress.

Mark looked at Mia, his expression skeptical. "I saw her remove her dress, just like you asked her to. She was wearing a white bra and matching underwear. There was nothing hidden under her dress, as far as I could tell," he said, his voice firm.

Frank nodded, noting down his statement. "Thank you for your cooperation, Mark. We'll make sure to record your statement in our report," he said, trying to sound professional.

Mia was feeling frustrated and humiliated by the constant questioning and search procedure, but she knew she had to cooperate. As they continued their investigation, Frank said "Mia, I'm sorry to ask this of you, but we need to be thorough in our search to clear up any suspicions. Can you please turn around and bend over, so we can check that there's nothing hidden under your dress?" Frank said, trying to sound as professional as possible.

Mia took a deep breath, feeling a sense of embarrassment and discomfort. She had never been in such a humiliating situation before, and she wished that it would be over soon. She turned around and bent over, placing her hands on the counter to support herself.

Mark looked at Mia with a suspicious expression before turning back to Frank. "I saw her bending over, just like you asked her to. She had nothing hidden under her dress or in her underwear. I could see her bra strap and a bit of the back of her bra, which was white. But there was no sign of the seafood that she was accused of stealing," he said, his voice firm.
