I really like finishing a story with a smile on my face. Pretty often is one of your stories. Thank you.
Excellent story, really enjoyed reading it, brings back memories of my neighbors and neighborhood growing up together and helping the neighbors.
Oooh, that was a good one. Went along very nicely and I had no idea how it was going to go until the end. I think Nancy had a bit of Natalie in her and Mark was very lucky. 5⛤
Very Good mate. Well told, easy to visualise and a smile at the end. What more do you need from a story
Damn, you're good at this. Another beautiful story with characters that were relatable and real emotions. I loved it. Thank you
Another great story to add to your collection. I really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing it with us. Cheers. Frankie
My first impression is “real”. Or as Dan Jenkins said “Life its Own Self”. As usual you did a great job of presenting it.
That was a real nice, feel-good story. I can smell the mown grass, the mower exhaust and the barbeque smoke.
I'm a sucker for a well written story. You never fail to deliver! It's to the point where I just enter ronde in the author index because I never know where your delightful stories will pop up. 5* for the pleasure I get from your writing.
It amazes me how you can finish a great story so quickly. BTW I may have to rewrite something I’m working on. One of my main characters wears the same costume as your wicked witch.
You always craft such believable and easy to read tales. Every read is different from the one before and they're always great. I'll look forward to the next one.
Great story, Love your work!! Looking forward to the next!! 5 Stars All the Way!!
Certainly on the tone of the story alone, it was completely marvelous! I certainly felt that everyone was going to enjoy the happy ending for Mark and for Natalie although it was not going to be because they were both together. While I know that was not a curveball, it could have been leaning that way and it could have worked out. Personally I would have liked to see some more things about what made Nancy stand out and what made her similar to Natalie. I don't think it would have hurt to somehow balance it a little bit more to give Nancy a little more time, but I just really don't have the heart after reading the story to say that because we didn't learn as much about Nancy as we did about Natalie, that somehow that downs the story in any way. I mainly focus on the fact that when I think of your stories, you present all your content very consistently, and it's almost universally well done. Even some of the let's say big box authors on here cannot say that! In fact, I don't know of any one author that seems to excel in every category he puts himself into. Sure, there have been a few things here and there you missed, but usually it's fairly minor relative to the whole story arc, the characters, and how it feels. I am certainly hoping that you will start getting recognized again for your work, because I also don't know of any other author on here that has as high of an output as you do, where it's also such high quality. Sure, I've seen some authors stick in one genre and they do very well.. but they never get out of that one either. So I appreciate and thank you for your willingness to delve into different genres, to include both intimate and non-intimate story lines, as you really do focus on the characters that you say you're going to, and I usually don't get the idea that somehow you've left anything major out. So rather than going to something super specific here, I also can't really think of anything that stood out to such a degree that I would need to comment on that.. aside from the fact that you nailed another one, and it is a wonderful thing as another poster said, to end a story with a smile on your face. Well done! 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
What a wonderful bittersweet story that stirred loving memories, tears to my eyes and joy to my soul...
When I married the girl of my dreams, the older woman who had shown me how to love and be loved said very much the same thing to her. I’m lucky to have my wife, and just as lucky to have had my Natalie all those years ago. 5 stars as usual.
Nothing to write that hasn't already been written. Another excellent work.
Excellent, as always! You must have posted this one in a hurry as there are quite a few typos and little errors.
It is an extremely well-done love story or stories. Good writing style, great dialogue, characters described well, Nice detail about the lawn mover and washing machine, and the sex scenes were brief but fun to read.
Loved it!! Like Whirling Dervish, I rarely give out five-star marks. But for some reason, Lit won't let me mark it. It's happened before, I don't know why. So I'd give you six stars if I could. Lol! Mega kudos!!

Excellent story & narrative; as an 'older guy' I've been fortunate to have married 'my girl' - who was only 15 when we met; she's pushing 80 in May but the thoughts and emotions that you write here, despite being substantially different, parallel my own emotions - so, again, great story and well told.

So very real and heartfelt. Thanks for sharing. They say lightning does not strike twice. It's a good thing love does.
Wonderful story, five stars just ain't enough. Loved your little house, reminded me of the One we raised our two kids in. So much love in that 1300 sq ft house. Good times.
Beautiful story. Thankfully I have you favorited as I never go into this genre. 4.8*
This is a wonderful story. I wish I could get the dust out of way.
I am glad Natalie found her a man.
5 as you always to come through.
Reading this got me thinking of letting go of the younger man I’ve been seeing for the past 2 yrs. There’s no future for the both us but I did love him in my own special way. If only things are easier said and done. I still want him in my life but I don’t think he feels the same way.
Fine, fine exposition on love in its many manifestations. A "feel-good" story that succeeds
in making you feel even better. The human condition is sensitively handled and explored
in depth. A definite "fix" worth more stars than are currently avsilable on this site.
