You might want to consider writing the sequel with a different title as opposed to additional chapters to this one. The Bardo exists in a different time axis and consequently souls have some discretion as to when to reenter this one. Usually it is sequential but it does not have to be. They can even overlap. The new characters might then remember this life and use that memory as a tool in the next one.

Again a beautiful story and again it needs copy editing.

I really enjoyed this story and wished more stories were as touching and moving. Maybe write one simalir but the sister or brother gets a new body but same spirit and mind and only the brother/sister sees her as her former self allowing for them to live and love like they wish to everyone else seeing a different person.
