Parked the truck over in the new construction area since the contractor was done with the construction parking for now and working on the parking spaces for the duplexes and single bedroom building. Called Sid after I got off the phone and he said he could meet around 2:30 for a preliminary look see so I called the superintendent back and set up the time.

Wednesday - Week Five:

I called Terry the realitor and told him that the all of the duplexes were ready for renting and he told me that the guy that was going to be in the furnished duplex was going to be in town on Friday and wanted to come past sometime after lunch to look the place over. I told him I could be there anytime after 1:00 and would like to meet him. The girls would be there if he got there before me and could let him in to show him around. The factory manager had already signed the lease for the furnished duplex and was waiting on my signature so we could get it back to him. I also told him the other two single furnished units were ready to go as well.
