There are a few problems with the story that prevent it from rising out of the mundane into the ordinary.<P> First, the husband is not given any emotional context whatsoever. The author didn't use a single word to show the husbands emotions upon discovering his wife's infidelity. There is no mention of happiness, excitement, anger, disgust, disbelief, or anything else to show how the husband actually felt about what his wife was doing.<P> Secondly, the author has made the husband about the dumbest creature whoever strode the earth. After finding a used condom in the tutoring area, seeing the student with his hand under his wife's skirt, seeing his wife in an embrace with her student, finding his wife in her robe and then finding a pair of jockey shorts in the basement, and after becoming aware of the mysteriously disappearing-reappearing diaphragm, the husband only then begins to suspect that his wife is guilty of some sort of 'hanky-panky'.<P> Lastly, the upshot of the story ends with the husband allowing himself to be cuckolded once a month. The problem here is that the author has laid no foundation in the husbands character for this to happen. There just isn't anything in the story to indicate that the character of the husband had any desire to watch his wife have sex with another man.<P>Foundation, some emotions, and a degree of intelligence for the husband would have made this a better story

Most folks commenting on these stories think before they write. Obviously, some do not. The vast majority of colleges have no morals requirements and thus there are no grounds to get Eddie expelled, although you could probably get wifey fired. The threat to use on the athletic department would have to be go to the media. Hubby might want to hold off on that until after the divorce.
