I was a fan of the manga Berserk series, and was sad when the author Miura Kentaro passed away earlier this year. I was so worried if all my favourite authors are having the same fate! These times! So glad am i to see Mr King back again! Miura released each chapter once a year. Yours is like 4 years...man...

This is one the best stories I have read on here, it has tenderness, joy and moments of light heartedness. It made hard but it also made me smile, loved it.

So, i see that the finally revelation is the mother's bare breast.

In my opinion, the finale should be the no-frills-fuck-all-you-want sex that the mother finally allowed. There are a couple of chances for the mother to be fully naked, like taking a bath after that muddy experience. But it's the breast that the author is going for. Heck, i don't even know how the nipples look like!

And the granny's appearance is such a downer...i understand that is for added drama, but wouldn't it be better if she found it all out? It's for her dear daughter's sake anyway...to have a companion once the eldest is away.

But, i am glad that this got finished...or has it not?

This was a very good series. Characters were developed in depth and breadth. It was different to read a story about a mother and son who were on perfect human specimens. Mother was deemed facially ugly. Son was not star athlete. Son comes to realize his mother loves him unconditionally. She has done everything in her power to raise and protect him until he is able to survive on his own. He comes to love her for herself. She is always there for him. He realizes there is more to a woman than appearance. Although fantasy, ,this story could easily reflect a real world situation. As a romantic, hopefully it does.
