A bit shorter than I would've liked, but worth the very long wait for it. I had to go back and skim over the previous chapter to get caught up. I hope our wait isn't nearly as long this time. I love Joe and Rhi.
I'm beyond excited to see you back and writing! your style is incredible! if I knew you were published somewhere that was paid, I'd buy! I'd have your whole collection!
I'm dying to see what else you have in store for us!
ITS BETTER THEN I WAS THINKING HOW IT WOULD TURN OUT... your awesome!!! i wanna JOE!!!!! welcome back! :) Angel from texas

Can't wait to see the good Rev. in action. Thanks again & looking forward to the next chapter. At two months & having trouble with her clothes --- Hope they are having twins!!!!LOL
A lot of people have been waiting for this update. Please do not leave us hanging so long again. Welcome back!!!!
So happy to see you back to writing and updating this story! It was so worth the wait. Hope that we don't have to wait so long for the next one...although this was worth the wait!
So excited to see this story continuing. Thank you and I can't wait to read more.
love your writing...but you can't make us wait so long and then give us so little...keep it coming please
but please post a new chapter of Writer's Block!!
I hope this means we will be seeing more from you.
Love this story line, great job.
I check back so infrequently these days, but my first stop is always to see if you have anything new. I was practically giddy to have the next piece of the story.
I know we all ask you to not wait so long till next time - your stories are addicting and beautifully crafted. Thank you for taking time to keep the story alive.
Sorry it took me a while to find it! Fabulous stuff as always. Hope Chapter 9 is in the works - but then I'm the last person to tell you to hurry it along with my track record! Wonderful to see something new from you.

Does this mean you finally got your hands on a new computer? :-)

And a fine way to return to the writing scene with a long-awaited chapter of a story a lot of people have been following.
Good work, the time off definitely didn't diminish your writing capacity.
I love your stories. The way the story develops is always so believable and wonderful. Keep it up, can't wait for more
When its been a little since you've read one of your very favorite writers you forget how much fun it really is. This was a great addition to the series and a charming read.
Full of remarkable contrasts and reconciliations, and of course the girls we have come to know and love. Firstkiss's characters seem to really stick with me as if they were real live people I know.
I've read this series about a hundred times... You'd think I'd be able to make it through this friggin chapter without tearing up & crying at least ONCE!!! Darn you!! =)
I don't agree, but I understand that some small town people can be old fashioned about couples who have babies out of wedlock. However, I was horrified that these family oriented parents wanted their son to turn his back on his own child, their grandchild, because the parents weren't married. The farm has been in the Tanner family for seven generations, and Joe has now given them the possibility that the farm will continue to an eighth. I realize this is fiction, but I was as angry as Rhiannon and not as forgiving.
I did have to laugh at the comment about Nate being a Presbyterian minister and that he doesn't "date for fun." I've been married to a Presbyterian minister for almost 30 years. When we first started dating and he introduced me to his friends at seminary, I was shocked at how much "fun" was going on on campus. Much more so than on my college campus! :)
