...be careful with the point of view. You switch back and forth between the main character being referred to in the first person (I and we) and the third person (he) and it is distracting.

Thanks, and sorry about that, it must have slipped past me and my editor. I typically write in third person, so every once in a while my mind flips back to that. To be fair, it was only the very last paragraph where that happened though.
