I think good twist would be that Varma moves her private office in with Celine and Robert; taking Robert as an intern during his studies, so he can get his license faster when he gets his education. They marry, so as the three live together there are no questioning eyes as to what is going on

One of the things that bugged me is the lack of cunnilingus on the part of the son. It seems to me that if he were going to do it to help satiate his mother's appetite, that orally satisfying her would be a big part of it.
