Yes, please do continue. The concept is interesting and the prose is clear and well written, drawing the reader into the story--wishing for some more.

You've gotten close to the feel of Anne Desclos' prose in the original, although I'm not certain that she would have seen a need, nor had any desire, for there to be a sequel.

As a general rule, I will comment but do not provide a score for individual chapters in a serialized piece, mostly because I think a work deserves to be judged in its entirety.

It is, I think far too early in this particular work to comment on where you are going with this story. We shall simply have to see what you have for us when you present future installments.
