"I love you," I replied, pulling back enough to see his face. "Carter Rust, I absolutely cannot wait to be your husband." Rusty smiled and I felt the sun way out here in the black. There were a million things to think of and plans to make, but Rusty convinced me to hold off a bit before getting started. He can be very persuasive when he puts his mind to it.
As he pulled me down onto the bed, I tucked my to-do list away for a time. But it couldn't wait too long: Rusty and I were getting married and it was going to be a hell of a show.

Anonymousabout 2 years agoWhat I appreciate in your writing is that you pay special attention to speech patterns even when narrating on specific POVs. Rusty "talks" different compared to Mac even in the non-spoken text whenever it is on his POV.

And that is what love is all about. Can you really belive the truth of love from someone? Can you dare the risk to go ahead? You really showed with the story all those complications.
