I was okay with it up to the 35cm (14") dick and then it went into the "SciFi'" cat.

Don’t worry about all these other people in the comments criticizing the proportions of shit. I thought it was great! Pretty neat plot, I liked that they can be happy together. I totally get it, if this is the end of the story. It would be great to get another chapter though. :)
