Michael opened his eyes to the sound of his phone vibrating on his nightstand. He rubbed his eyes trying to wake himself up a bit more. He grabbed his phone and a smile came over him as the message was from his sister.

"Good morning stud ;)"

"Good morning, why are you texting me? Aren't you home?"

"No, unfortunately I got called into work :("

As he was replying another message came through from her.

"Soooooooo, how about that second date?"

Michael's heart jumped, he had been wondering how today would pan out after last night's adventure. So far so good he thought to himself. Just then an sly grin came to him.

"I dunno if that's such a good idea."

"What? Why? Didn't you have fun last night? What's wrong?"

"Well I have this over protective sister, she might get jealous ;p "

"Oh is she now?" She replied "You think you could convince her to let you take me out?

"I might have to bribe her but I'll work something out."

"I knew you would come through, what did you wanna do?"

Michael thought for a moment, not sure what to plan, he never had to do this before.

"Umm, not sure to be honest, I'll think of something, when I do I'll let you know."

"I'm sure I'll enjoy whatever you decide :)"

"Sounds good :) I'll see you later then!"

"Definitely! K back to work I go!"

He put his phone down and scratched his head in confusion. "What to do?, where to go?, God this is hard."

He layed in bed lost in thought about the events that happened the night before. He thought about how they locked eyes, the words that we're being exchanged, his heart swelled at the thought of Stephanie. He felt something different about himself, something he couldn't put his finger on.

Just then a thought popped into his head. He wasn't sure if she would go for it, but he was going to try. He got out of bed and went to his computer.

*

"Thanks grandma breakfast was amazing as always! I swear your pancakes are legendary."

Sandra chucked. "I wouldn't go that far dear but thank you, I'm glad you enjoy then so much."

Joe walked into the kitchen "Hey sport how's it going?"

"Not bad just finished grandma's world famous pancakes." Michael replied while patting his stomach.

"Those things are made from the stuff of legends I tell you." Joe said as he gave his wife a loving hug and kiss on the cheek. "Any plans for today?"

"Well I need to finish picking my courses for school, that's about it really. I'm taking Steph out later also."

"Wow two nights in a row you're going out? That's great to hear!" Sandra was truly surprised that Michael is actually excited to be going out. "What's the occasion?"

"Nothing really, just want to take her out for some fun as a thank you for yesterday." He really wanted to thank her again. Not in the way his grandparents were thinking but he wasn't about to disclose that information.

"Well I'm glad to see you getting out of the house!" Joe pulled out his wallet, "Here let me help you out"

Michael quickly waved his hand, "No that's ok, I don't need it. Plus it wouldn't be much of a thank you if I didn't do it myself now would it."

"I guess not, but if you change your mind you know I'll be more than happy to help."

"Yeah I know, thanks Gramps!"

"That's G-Dad to you."

They both laughed while Sandra looked in confusion then shook her head and giggled. "Kids."

They laughed again.

*

Michael stretched his arms out feeling his joints crack. He has been finalizing his school courses and schedule for the past hour. Just before he was about to shut his PC down he received an email, he smiled and before replying picked up his phone.

"Hey sis what time will you be getting home?"

10 minutes later he got a reply.

"I should be home around 6, what's up?"

"Oh not much just finalizing plans ;)"

"Can't wait to see what you have planned. I wish you would tell me so I could dress appropriately."

"Guess you'll have to wait and see, I'll text you later when it's all done. Don't worry about what to wear I'll take care of it all."

"Won't you be home when I get there?"

"Nope! I'll leave instructions for you :p"

"Lol I don't know what you got planned but I'm liking it so far! See you later stud I got to go back to work before they think I got lost."

"Don't want that to happen! I'll see you later Steph."

"Definitely ;)"

Just before Michael put his phone down another text came through.

"I love you :*"

He smiled and replied back. "I love you too."

It was just past noon, Michael had some time to kill, too anxious to stay home he quickly put together two duffel bags, One for him and the other for his sister. He left a note attached to her bag and left each bag on their beds. He decided to go for a run an got changed into his running gear.

"I'm heading out for a run I'll be back in an hour or so!" He called out as he walked out the door.

*

The run is what Michael had needed, as he sat under a large oak tree protected from the blistering sun as his thoughts were on his sister. The last 24 hours have been mind blowing for him. Emotions stirred up that he never knew existed.

"She is so amazing," he thought to himself. "Beautiful, smart, funny, caring." As he thought about all her qualities he couldn't help but smile.

He thought about her birthday, which was in August, he didn't know what to get her. He didn't have a job and couldn't get her anything too expensive. He knew his grandparents would help him get her something but it was different now, he wanted to get her something that would bring out the same reaction he had when he opened his, more importantly he wanted to give her something that conveyed his feelings to her. He was stumped.

He let it go for now promising himself he would figure it out.

He watched people walk, run and ride by him along the path, he took more notice to the lovebirds who sat on a nearby bench giggling and kissing. He thought of Steph, and what it would be like to be doing the same thing as this couple was. He thought what it would be like to be with her, body and soul. Life was changing as he knew it, this summer wouldn't be like the rest. He sat for another 10 minutes lost in thought about his sister, when he was fully recovered he continued his run back home.

*

Stephanie jumped in her car eager to get home, she couldn't help but smile at the thought that she would be going out with her brother tonight, not only that, he was planning a surprise for her. She didn't know what to expect, she was nervous, giddy, flustered, she almost felt like the first time a boy took her out, but on a much deeper level. It wasn't just some boy, it was her brother, her beautiful brother, the man who is unknowingly stealing her heart. She also felt scared, scared of what the world would think, she didn't want Michael to go through more than he already has but, if people could see him the way she does, then maybe there's a chance.

She thought about his insecurities, they came out fully last night when he broke down in her car.

She never wanted him to feel like that again. She was going to show him how special he really was, not sure how to go about it just yet but she made a vow to herself that she would bring out the person that she can see in him. Somehow.

Stephanie finally broke out of her trance, started her car and drove off.

She arrived at home just after 6. She walked through the front door and once inside she could hear her grandmother laughing in the kitchen.

"Hey what's so funny?" Stephanie asked as she walked in and gave Sandra a kiss on the cheek and doing the same to Joe.

"Your grandfather is just being silly."

"Who me?" Joe replied feigning innocence.

"Nice try grandpa, is Michael around?"

"Surprisingly he's not, he left about 15 minutes ago. Before you ask no I don't know where and yes if I did know I wouldn't tell you, I was sworn to secrecy." Joe made a motion as if he was zipping his mouth closed.

"What I can tell you is that there is something in your room for you." He gave her a smile and waved her away.

Stephanie ran upstairs not wanting to wait any longer to see the first part of her surprise. When she walked into her room she saw a duffel bag on her bed with a note attached. She grabbed the note.

"Don't open the bag yet, everything you will need is in there. Bring the bag, your beautiful self and come meet me at 7:30. P.S don't be late."

There was an address at the bottom of the note. She punched it into her phone's GPS and saved the location. She had some time before she had to leave and decided to take a quick shower.

She put on a pair of jeans that showed off her ass nicely, a plain white V-neck t-shirt, put her hair up in her signature pony tail and applied some makeup. She didn't need much just her usual lip-gloss and eyeliner. She had been blessed with natural beauty and didn't need much to highlight her face. She grabbed a pair of flip flops, the duffel bag, which she restrained herself from opening with all her will power and headed down stairs.

"Well I'm off to meet Michael I'm not sure when we'll be back."

Sandra looked up from her book and smiled. "Ok baby you guys have fun. Try not to be out too late though you know I worry."

"Don't worry we'll be fine. Love you!"

She put on her flip-flops and headed out.

*

"Thanks again Mr. Anderson for letting me do this."

"No problem Michael, just remember you only get an hour then I have to close up.

"Yeah that's fine. Thanks again!"

Michael sat back down on his seat, he checked his watch, 7:20. She was almost here he thought. His stomach tensing up with nerves, he wasn't sure if Stephanie would like what he had planned, his budget didn't allow him to go as big as he wanted but he will make due. He sat nervously waiting for his sister to arrive.

*

"7:25, just made it." Stephanie parked her car and looked up and the building in front of her. Belcourt Boys and Girls Club, she was a little confused on what he had planned, she was now lost as anything she had guessed just went out the window. She walked through the front doors and was greeted by the receptionist, "Why hello you must be Stephanie!"

"Yes I am, how did you know?"

"We were expecting you, here this is for you." She handed Stephanie a folded note which read,

"Thanks for not being late, I hope you didn't open the bag yet, go to the women's locker room then open the bag, get changed and go out the gym side door." -Mikey

She loved this game, it was so sweet, she felt like she was on a scavenger hunt and her brother was the prize. She found the locker room and went inside. There she found one of Michael's basketball ball jerseys hanging with a note on it that said "Put me on last."

She sat down in front of the Jersey and opened the duffel. She couldn't help but chuckle, inside was a pair of socks, her running shoes,a pair of leggings, a sports bra, one of Michael's headbands and a manilla envelope.

She grabbed the envelope and opened it up, pulled the sheet out and the biggest smile came over her face. It was a sketch of a red rose, it looked so realistic, it was beautiful.

A tear escaped her eye as her heart melted, she brushed it aside with a little giggle. Carefully she put the sketch back into the envelope and back into the bag, unpacked everything and got changed. She put on Michael's jersey last, it was his favorite jersey, a Toronto Raptors Vince Carter official jersery, Joe got it for him for his 16th birthday. Once she finished getting ready she headed to the door.

She stepped through the door and into the court where she saw her brother waiting, with a basketball under his arm. He was wearing his usual basketball gear, which she didn't mind, she loved the way his arms looked in compression shirts, she can only imagine what he looked like topless, how he felt against her, she yearned for that feeling, she made it one of her goals.

"Well, this is an interesting date." She said with a smile.

"Uhh...yeah..I" Michael stood staring at his sister wearing his jersey tied in a knot exposing her well-toned stomach. In awe he couldn't help think "How can she look so hot even when wearing a ball jersey!?" He felt his face begin to get flush as he notice how long he had been gawking for.

"What's wrong Mikey?" She said noticing his bashfulness.

"Steph, you look hot! I'd sign you to a contract if I had a team."

She laughed at his quip. "Stop it your making me blush!" She didn't want him to stop. Ever. "So what's the plan here stud? We gonna do some 1 on 1?" She said with a sly wink.

"Well kinda, I was thinking we would shoot up till 5,

Winner gets dinner wherever they want on date 3, loser pays."

She pondered his rules playfully tapping her finger on her chin while looking up to the ceiling. "Hmm,

Funny that you pick basketball, clearly I'm at a disadvantage here, you're the star after all." She said teasingly.

"Guess I didn't think that through, ok let's practice a bit first before it counts, I'll teach you to shoot how about that?"

"Really? You're going to teach me? Good luck with that!" She loved her brother but athletic she was not, but she figured she would least have some fun trying.

"You'll be in the WNBA in no time under my teachings."

She giggled, she couldn't help but notice how different he was when it was them two alone, he joked, smiled, he was himself. At school he was very timid and generally stuck to himself, he had his friend Kyle there who lived only a block away, sadly he left the country for the summer to visit family overseas. Michael's only real friend he made was gone this summer and so was his social life, but not for long, she thought to herself "This is the person I need to show the world, this is who he is, and so much more."

"Okay you ready to go Steph?"

"No, I forgot to give you something."

"What's tha-"

She attacked his mouth with her own before he could react, which didn't take long for him, she kissed him deeply, passionately, she could feel his tongue parting her lips but she had other plans. She quickly broke the kiss as fast as it began. She move to his ear and sucked on his earlobe.

"Oh shit.." Michael muttered in a whisper.

This sent shiver running through Michael's body, he feel of her hot lips around his earlobe was so erotic to him. He felt her release his ear with a pop, she kissed his neck pushed her lips fully on to him then whispered into his ear, "Thank you for the rose, it was beautiful."

Michael was still on cloud 9, it was all over his face there was no hiding his arousal. "Uhh ya, you know, I, uhh, figured you'd like that better." He said trying to compose himself.

She giggled "You figured right, now I believe you were going to teach me something about shooting?'

"Okay let's see what I'm working with here."

Stephanie giggled. Her mind was thinking something else apparently.

"Stand here," Michael said pointing at the free throw line. "When your ready aim for the basket and shoot." He moved under the basket to get the rebound he knew was coming.

"Oh my God it's so far I can't make that!"

"Just try Steph! Don't be scared."

"Ugh! Fine but you better not laugh!"

"I won't I promise!" Michael said while bringing a hand up to his chest drawing an X over his heart.

She took a deep breath and dribbled the ball a couple of times, with both hands of course, she brought it up to her head in a shotput stance almost and chucked it at the rim. The ball flew straight over the rim hitting the backboard and back towards Stephanie.

Michael quickly intercepted the ball before it got to her.

"Wow I suck!"

"Nah don't say that, you hit the backboard, most girls who never even tried this don't make it even close. You have the power to reach it, you just need some technique and finesse."

"Yeah now you lost me."

"I'll show you, watch how I hold the ball, right arm holds the ball, my left keeps it steady when I bring my arms up, when you release the ball, roll your hands while pushing the ball towards the rim. When your arm and fingers are fully extended you want them to be point at the rim."

"I kinda get it. But how do I know when to stop pushing the ball?"

"Try not to think about the ball, focus on keeping your arms and shoulders facing the net, and shoot, and point at the net."

He handed her the ball and mocked a shot extending his arms and fingers in a smooth motion. He did it one more time but more slower for Stephanie to see.

"Okay let's give it another shot."

She grabbed the ball from Michael and had a look of confidence on her face. Her form was still off, I was halfway from what a typical jump shot would look like and a shotput, her shot on the other hand was much better, she had a nice arc and the distance was good, her aim wasn't as good. The ball hit the right side of the rim then deflecting off the backboard back onto the court.

Michael grabbed the ball and passed it back to Stephanie. "There you go! See worlds of difference already! Try again but straighten your arm more."

"It was straight what do you mean?"

"Umm," Michael got flustered all of a sudden, summoning whatever courage he could muster. "Well I'll show you."

He moved behind her, wrapped her body with his own, as if he was her Siamese twin, his hands resting directly on hers. He could feel the warmth of her hands, he could feel the heat pulsating from her cheek onto his. He guided her hands into proper form, hugging her at this point, he could feel himself pressed up against her ass, her cheeks ready to devour him. He slowed his breathing down trying to contain his nerves. "Like this." He whispered.

Stephanie wasn't in any better condition, she could feel Michael's cock up against her ass, slowly gaining strength, like a wild animal slowly waking up from a long slumber. Michael's heart beat could be felt on her back. Her senses we in overload, even his warm breath on her neck as he spoke felt like a thousand needles traveling throughout her body. She knew what she was doing to him, only Michael didn't know he was doing the same thing to her. She loved the feeling of him this close to her, his arms around her, protecting her, comforting her, loving her, it felt so intimate. She felt him back away slightly slowly drawing his hands away but along her forearms, slowly, feeling every inch of her for as long as possible right to her elbow.

He moved his hands slowly up her arm, savoring her soft smooth skin, it's warmth being absorbed by his gentle hands. Finally reaching the top of her shoulders Michael gently squeezed her and whispered,

"Shoot."

She could have exploded right there, the sound of his voice at that moment was enough, she could feel herself getting wet, in top of the feeling of his hands caressing her was almost too much for her to handle. She wanted to just turn around and have her way with him, but she decided against it, wanting this moment to last forever but also knowing she needs to let him set the pace.

She took a deep breath, bent her knees, jumped and shot, all the while hearing her brother voice in her head "Point where you want to shoot."

The ball drifted in the air for what seemed like an eternity, she watched it soar through the air arcing almost like how her brother would shoot.

Michael couldn't help but be impressed, her form was slightly off but not by much, her aim seemed on point but from where he was standing he couldn't judge the distance.

The ball sailed downward, hitting the top of the rim bouncing straight up. The both gasped in unison, refusing to breathe as to not jinx the shot. The ball floated down slightly brushing the rim before falling through the hoop.
