That, TP, was delightful. What a gorgeous, gorgeous read. Being partial to little redheads myself, where is Fiona's gallery?

Too deep for me

Yeah, I'm shallow, but all flim- flam turned me off.

I'm a art lover now.

The gallery reminds me of anime warriors, the commentary I've had within the pages of Playboy, with some very attentive women.

OH, I loved your story.

Are you working on another for these two, Fiona and Jamie

WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW!!!

INCREDIBLE STORY!!! What a fantastic story! Unlike any other story pattern — this is fantastic! I have more than a few favorite stories but this one is definitely TOP TWO!!! After I read this a few more times this story will likely nudge out the old number one. Thank you so much for sharing this incredible story!

Copper is a lovely , warm , malleable metal and it's tarnish

Original,intelligent, and sexy

Well constructed plot and good characterisation. Makes interesting points without being overly polemical, plus it's fun!

Fear and loathing, anger and futility, power and agency

Your mission statement is a work of art. My son is an art historian in the museum world and we have fun lampooning such artspeak. He's very good at it. I thoroughly enjoyed this story, and the picture interpretations are quite good, too. 5* Keep up the good work. It's quite a good idea for a show, BTW.

Thanks all for your comments - including The Pedant’s. Sorry it wasn’t for you and I do hope you find one which suits you better.

As usual, your story is not just well-written and erotic but interesting and quirky. It's fun to read a story that is very enjoyable but that I would never have thought of writing myself.

I want to meet Fiona. She's piqued my interest in warrior-woman art.

Only one disagreement she a little dirty after fight he is going to wait for her to clean up

Hell with waiting

We are going to be fucking as soon as fight /battle over

Who is going to let a little dirt slow you down

Been in combat USMC

Why we have R&R and why sometimes rapes

Let psychologists put terms to it but after adrenaline high sex is uppermost

You are alive yet again

Don't believe in rapes but it happens in all wars since beginning

That is why fidelity is scarce in combat outfits. Not impossible but rare.

Again in those circumstances we would definitely be getting it on and the dirt wouldn't slow us down

Wow!

Extraordinary, in every sense of the word! Fully agree with Laurel Aspen.

Bravo! I’ve read many of your stories (not the fetish ones, because they’re far from my own fetishes)— I’ve read them because you’re good, but I can’t find enough superlatives for this one. Beautifully imagined, beautifully written, and I have a sense that you could create new stories from each of the photos you describe here.

[I’m also sorry that I didn’t meet Fiona in my youth, and under just these circumstances...]

Never an excuse for rape

As usual great story and wonderful writing. I love your story telling.

As for JTwheels' comment: Sorry guy, been there and done that at about the same time as you. After actual combat most are just shaking as the adrenaline wears off and you are weak and still shaking. The last thing you want right then is to crawl your sorry dirty and scared ass on some woman. Were'nt no uniformed women in combat back then.(Well not ours anyway)

Granted, after a little time passes from actual combat you might be all horned up and happy to be alive, so a little R and R in the "ville" might be fine, and girls in a "ville" were almost always available and cheap. BUT, there is NEVER, EVER an excuse for rape.

Unfortunately, some big bad Marines did think that was an excuse. Just as some thought roughing up some poor little girl just working to stay alive was as cool. Those tough guys deserved to run into someone like me. Someone who had seen his mother knocked down and kicked and abused by a big nasty drunk when he was just a small child. A few did, and they learned that that shit really hurts when some very angry guy is doing to you. But most Marines were a lot more ethical than that. They were just happy to be alive and able to get back to the world with a few stores of those beautiful Asian women. Even if while in-country they turned up their nose as they did it, and complained to other Marines that the girls smelled like Nuoc Mam :-) Rough sex is fine as long as the woman wants rough sex. Sorry, but most are just like your daughter or sister might be, even if they are hooking. They probably do NOT want it that way

Great story TarnishedPennies. Well written and with great development. I think you should at least change your name to Burnished Pennies.

Wow. What a wonderful story: clever, imaginative, detailed, textured, colorful, just...wow. Of course, as I read it, because of the title Mussorgsky was playing in my head the whole time I was reading it. There are many good stories on this site, but not nearly as many great ones. This is definitely one of the great ones.
