Exceptional series. Both characters are likeable, they're both described in general terms - thankfully no measurements are given! - and the interplay as their relationship evolves is well thought out.

I especially like how the nascent D&S aspect unfolds - nice and subtle, happening because of the two players' temperaments and all for direct pleasure (personally I don't care much for S&M).
