Nice story. Hope you write more about them. I tried very hard to not be a word nazi, but I lost the battle. It is 'shudder' when a body suffers a bout of small convulsions. Shutter is a part of a camera or an old fashioned covering for a window. Other than that, it was very enjoyable.
