Click hereLet's be honest...I was sort of phoning it in with the Cool Devices series. And I think we've all noticed my content output hasnt exactly been up to my usual atandards.
I have attempted to explain myself so many times and given up for fear of bumming you out or bringing down your mood when I know you come to me to feel good. And I love being able to do that for you! But I haven't been able to lately, and I felt like I owed you an explaination.
I will be very up front and say there is no sex at all in this audio. You will undersrand why if you decide you want to listen. This one was hard on me... maybe the hardest ever. But... I wanted to share with my community: With my friends. With you.
PSA MOMENT: I'm ok. I have a good emotional support network. I am telling you this 1) so you know, 2) to continue to de-stigmafy and demystify mental health issues and 3) because I know I am not alone and if YOU are struggling also... please speak up and reach out to someone you trust. And if you don't have someone like that, please look to your community outreach groups. For example, if you are in the USA, these are all places to reach out to:
National Alliance on Mental Illness ( NAMI.org )
Mental Health America ( mhanational.org )
To Write Love on Her Arms ( twloha.com)
Project Sanctuary - for military, vets and family (projectsanctuary.us)
Stay healthy and safe. š
I am always excited to see a new post from you, and I listen - not for the 'happy endings' but for the good hearted, genuine individual who shares as much of herself as she can, just to bring help, acceptance and joy to the rest of us...
Thank you for being willing to speak of your pains, as well as your pleasures. So many of us are broken, hurting, and/or losing ourselves. Sometimes it helps to share your hardships, and sometimes it helps to have others' hardships shared with you.
You are not alone. You are cherished.
Chronic pain and illness is no joke; please secure your own mask, before assisting others. We aren't ready to lose you. <3
May the universe lend you some measure of peace, relief, and control over your situation!
