That was totally excellent. I sincerely hope this is the start of a series since this story was such a draw it should continue. I would enjoy finding out about their travels and how the little human perceives the world around them. She seems so far above the rest of the townsfolk that her deciding to leave and travel to see the world is natural.

Intriguing

Sweet setting, established efficiently and convincingly. Pared down a bit, with another editing pass, and this becomes a superb intro to a series. Bodices inevitably arousing, your narrator is appealing, love to hear a bit more about her history/mindset/hopes. Lovely start.

Oldest story in the world, that's still going on, get a maiden half drunk then ravish her. So fun worthy of five stars. Also worthy of more.

Nice as a stand alone or as the beginning of a series. Well done!
