I'd spent a lifetime spitting in the eye of people who couldn't accept who I was. That was who I needed to return to.

I won't see my Godson tomorrow. I won't see him on New Year's. I don't know when I'd be allowed to see him next, but I have today and that was better than yesterday.

I'll take it.

Tommy should have told Phil immediately about his wife's egregious cheating but he let it go on for a full year. I can see why Phil wants nothing to do with him. But Tommy did seem shy and introverted, maybe even a little socially inept
