The story is good. I would like to know the author's perspective here. Which character is she? The main focus was the humiliation of the sissy, who didn't even turn into a sissy after 35 pages, perfect for forced feminization. While the story is 119k words long, this story skipped the first year+ after discovering the protagonist is a sissy in front of his mother. Stupid error or sloppy writing (lol). How did Len's mother and sister deal with him that year? Did they just let him do whatever he wanted or did they control him in the house like the sissy he is? Obviously, we don't know.

Apart from that, the humiliation part and the mistress controlling the sissy were so good. The story is from the female perspective, and I think their fantasy is too. Like, how they want to control a sissy. I really like the story; it's a new sight for me. Lots of new information and sissy stuff I didn't know about before. Great job. I appreciate it.
