One major (to me, at least) thing wrong with the back story is Hannah going to nursing school - in 2010 a graduate of Brown would go to medical school ... period, full stop

I don't have access to Brown Class of 2010 10th Year Reunion Report - I would be very much surprised if at least a dozen of the women had gone to medical school - I would be amazed if at least one went into nursing
