I've already read the entire story and it was great. My biggest disappointment was the story doesn't discuss the fate of some minor characters. Caroline, Fiona, Roy's grandmother & aunt.

Story is great, IMHO best in its genre on this site. One thing to fix though, I'm quite sure that previously both Pat's sisters where married.
