The writing and style need some work, but the concept, plot, and overall story are bloody fantastic! More than that, they are very close to my own headcanon that I've been slowly developing and writing out.

Good story! Little work needed on style and content. And just my opinion, but once discipline starts between two people it should still be part of their "story'. Doesn't mean the erotic nature has to take over, but it becomes a part of the relationship.
