Still very engaging. The characters are confused but sympathetic - very human.

Firstly, good direction for the story. Second, er, Cece/Claire?!

well written. I loved this!

Am a big fan of this story and following it up diligently, but my only problem is the wait in between each episode. It’s killing me

Can you please hasten up the release and if possible do 2 episode at once. Interesting story line so far, love how all the character synced in with each other.

Had to write to you, excellent job, specially on the characters and the build up of the events, looking forward and following the rest to the story, I am reading them as soon as they are published. Looking forward for the rest of it. Thanks, it took me away of my usual stress I. Life

If I was Thomas I would be looking to hide all the sharp knives about now before Riley turns him into a eunuch without the benefit of any drugs.

Rainyday493 - ch 11 p2 - ""Claire, but my friends call me Cece, for Claire Cleary," she said, returning my handshake."

We get so used to authors overlooking a place they were supposed to catch a decision to change a character's name! At least i do. But this time - our fault. Thanks, KHelm, for your craft

I am like many others I wait anxiously for the next episode. I have realised that episodes come out every 2 or 3 days the wait in between is a real pain.

really enjoying the story, for me 100 would not be too many chapters.good job

AnonymousAnonymousabout 1 year ago

I can’t wait for the next chapter!!

Nice character clean up in this chapter, especially for Ryan. Thanks. 5/5 for the clean up.

AnonymousAnonymousabout 1 year ago

I don't know how but you have actually made me want Ryan to live happily ever after with at least 5 different women. Love the characters, all flawed and endearing at the same time. You're a talented writer and I have enjoyed this series immensely. Thank you. As someone who has a lot of experience in one aspect of this story, a tip of the hat to you writing about his job and life in accurate terms.

I'm enjoying the story but son of a bitch I want longer chapters. Of course released at the same cadence. :)

You‘re so good at this! I love this series, as I‘ve written before. And you‘re doing great cliffhangers :-)

AnonymousAnonymousabout 1 year ago

Maybe longer chapters, instead of so many. Maybe it's me, but just as I'm really getting into it, bang, the chapter is done and we have to wait another week!!! Otherwise Great job!!!!!

AnonymousAnonymousabout 1 year ago

I love how you mentioned the the Hunger Games because both you and Suzanne Collins share a similar style of ending a chapter in a reveal that leaves us slack-jawed. It's a hell of a skill.

AnonymousAnonymousabout 1 year ago

I am requesting that you give up your day job and finish this series, mostly because I am selfish and want a new chapter every day to enjoy.

Seriously good writing..

AnonymousAnonymousabout 1 year ago

Enjoying the story. I wish your chapters were more descriptive so I could tell the difference. Otherwise, keep up the great work.

pharmasumitpharmasumitabout 1 year ago

Can we get longer chapters please 🙂

Telling them to write faster might spoil the quality.

You steered Ryan in the right direction by using Paul and his wife as sounding boards; it's the right thing to do, so he can clear his head and NOT be creating unnecessary drama. The average female will gossip, and that's the typical demographic there, so it would lead to no good. THANK YOU for having him feel "guilty" with Melissa, because that's still a huge stick of TNT that will blow up in his face if he doesn't tamp that fire out.

Great "reveal" to show Riley getting jealous over Emma trying to seduce Ryan. Love the follow up with him telling Emma to cool it. They need to, because you already spilled the beans on Emma being nothing but trouble--BUT if she's a real Texan, she WILL respect him for telling her to back off nicely--and stay away except for keeping it friends.

Cathartic chapter, and if this continues, is on the way to truly disentangling this whole mess. 4

It's a good story - the worst start is having to see commentarista blathering like he knows better than you in the comments!

@anon (5 days, 2 days after my comment): look up what "verisimilitude" means, which is exactly what my feedback reflects.

Great story...Riley really is a sweet lady, I am rooting for her and Ryan...

Thomas...Thomas is gonna get his in the end...he is WWWAAAYYY to arrogant and indiscrete in his ways...Emma is a witness to his bad behavior, too...Riley now has a decision to make about him...just hope Thomas is not stupid enough to 'retaliate' against Thomas (or Riley...)

Cece is a good friend...Ryan has done good making friends with her/her decision to apologize to him and open up was really telling about her personality. She is nice, I like her.

Ryan is in a place he needs to seriously consider his overall behavior, cis-a-cis the ladies. Still, he is moving in the right direction with this, and I am looking forward to more with him and the girls!!

Turn Melissa loose on Tommy.

At this point I've switched to Team CeCe from Team Melissa.

Keep this series rolling!

So who plays who in the movie version of this series?

Jeez, this is like a daytime TV soap opera, nothing like any school that either I or my children ever went to! Maybe I’m wrong and all these studious types are at it like rabbits when schools out, but somehow given the both the character profile of most of the teachers my Wife works with, and the fact they all spend their evenings marking pupils work or writing lesson plans - not out drinking and shagging, I suspect this has no resemblance to any school/staff anywhere. But hey, Bears don’t have soft beds, tables and chairs and eat porridge either, but there’s still stories about them (and their flaxen haired burglars!).

Thanks for writing, cheers, Ppfzz.

Melissa and Tori already said they weren’t looking for anything serious, but I think Melissa wasn’t completely honest. I never did watch after-school drama, but I imagine it went very much like this. Sluts of DeGrassi I guess.
