Interesting plot twist.

It could have used a little more build up though. Just a bit. Something suspicious in the governer's action to cause 72 to purposely eves drop on her calls, rather than serendipitously overhearing just the right one. Though such fortuitous accidents may happen in real life, in fiction they seem too contrived.
