What will Ness and Jessica do with their pirate gang? What will the unsuspecting Eighth City do when the harlots arrive? Has the Duke sent information on ahead about Hannah's new status? What happened to the missing vampiress? Why is the Western Kingdom attacking, and what dire plans are the Westies hatching?

I overlooked the 1st . The 2nd time annoyed me. The third time sparked a comment.

In nautical terms the place where a ship is docked or a sailor sleeps is a berth. As opposed to the word you've been using, birth. Otherwise, fantastic work.

*headdesk* the worst part is that I know that, just never crossed my mind. I will keep this in mind for when I do my full scale edit.

Liddy is pulling out the big guns. As badass as Hannah is, I'm not sure she will be able to survive the coming battle.
