Really liked it, but who were the Karen and Greg mentioned (only once each) about half way down the first page?

Anonymous - Karen was meant to be Brian and Lauren's mother, though I realize now I never named her earlier in a way that would make that clear. Greg was meant to be Brian - must have mistyped there.
