Summer Job

Having the big bay doors open was always more pleasant, seeing the sun just had a way of making a day better. Not that Diandra Canton was having a bad day, in fact she enjoyed her summer job at Banting Construction.

Having finished her first year of university, the twenty year olds dad, who was friends with the companies owner, had lined up the summer job working in the main shop. Even though it had nothing to do with her career aspirations, the job was pretty simple and Diandra kind of enjoyed that aspect, making sure her summer wouldn't be at all stressful.

Overall her duties mainly involved cleaning up around the shop, odd jobs, getting deliveries ready and usually going along with Ron, the shops foreman, to unload the trucks at the job site. Those honestly were the best days, far from the typical stereotype, the majority of guys she dealt with were nice and seemed to like her a lot and that made getting out of the shop a fun change of pace.

It wasn't that Diandra didn't receive her fair share of innuendo, but most of the guys were rather well behaved around her. The only guy she really didn't think to highly of, was her direct boss, Ron. Like some other guys he made comments, but his always had more perverted feel to them. Most likely the feeling was due to catching Ron, checking her out non stop.

Always he had a comment to make, or would ask questions that bordered on inappropriate, trying to mask those as simple jokes. Openly talking about his ex wives, usually in crude and demeaning ways, left Diandra with a bad taste in her mouth.

Standing well over six feet, he was broad chested man with a stomach that may have been shape once. His size only seemed to make his comments even more lewd and intimidating. Currently painting a couple signs for one site, Diandra stood and stretched, checking her smart watch for the time. With only an hour to go in her Friday, Diandra quickly shook her boss from her mind and was looking forward to the weekend.

Having plans with her friends to get together that night and plans to meet up with Jefferey, a guy she had recently met at one of the job sites for Saturday, had the weekend looking like it would be a good time.

Just before summer break, Diandra's long time and only boyfriend, had broken up with her. While not truly unhappy with the split, the prospect of a rebound with Jeff, did have its appeal. Jeff made it very clear he wanted a more physical relationship with her,  but Diandra had been hesitant even for a fling, feeling that an eleven year age gap between them, was pretty big.

But even just being friends with Jeff, had led to some rumors going around about them. Diandra shot them down when she heard them, saying they where just friends. But it didn't stop some of the older guys from warning her about his unsavoury reputation.

Something about the bad boy aspect did play into the fling idea. But while Jeff never denied his womanizing ways with her, he had laughed when Diandra told him the guys said he apparently sold drugs.

Diandra's own best friend Shannon had told her to go for it, because this was the perfect time for a summer romance, to not worry about silly rumors. This was perfect, there was no possibility of a relationship, so at the end of summer, she could just end it.

The idea of it being so casual was very new to her and that also made Jeff an alluring prospect. It was this weekend that would be the moment of truth for her and to see if she could go through with just a fling relationship.

"Hey! I was just thinking about you..." Diandra couldn't help but smile as Jeff came walking into the shop. "Didn't expect to see you here today?"

"Yeah, some of the supervisors want to see me." Jeff took a moment to look over the beautiful woman he was so close to sleeping with, before looking around the shop.

"Supervisors want to see you?" Diandra's smile faltered, thinking that could never be good, but she instantly picked up on how Jeff was looking around, clearly nervous.

"Look Diandra, I don't have a ton of time and I promise I'll explain everything to you in a bit!" Bringing his hand out from behind his back, Jeff passed a small, blue lunch bag to Diandra.

"What's this?"

"Just trust me, none of this is as bad as you think it is. But I need you to take care of that for a bit." Looking at his own watch, Jeff knew the bosses would be out soon to look through the company truck he had been using.

"What's in here? Jeff!" Diandra had a sinking feeling in her stomach and suddenly she realized that the rumors were true about Jeff. "Is this...drugs?"

"Quiet!" Shaking his head, Jeff saw the naivety in Diandra and her youth. "Yes, but it's not like you think. I have to go, but I'll call you soon and explain everything, it's not as bad as you think!"

Before she could ask another question, or even refuse to take the lunch bag, Jeff hugged her quickly, before turning and left the way he had come. "What the fuck..."

Standing all alone in that part of the shop, Diandra couldn't help but look around nervously. Wondering what Jeff meant by take care of it for a bit, Diandra wasn't about to get caught with anything like this.

Immediately images of what could happen went through her mind. She knew the company drug policy and that would mean instant termination. Depending on what was in the bag, could mean much, much worse. Police involvement, charges, being arrested. Like a freight train, these thoughts rushed through Diandra.

Not to mention the trust from her parents would be destroyed. While even in her panic, she knew her mom and dad would believe her, there would always be a part of them that didn't. "Fuck." Feeling like not one good thing could come from this, Diandra quickly made up her mind to get rid of the bag.

Stopping what she was doing, Diandra tried to act as natural as she could and made her way upstairs to the lunch room. Thankfully most people around the shop were busy, but through an open doorway she had seen Ron and Bill, Jeff's supervisor, heading outside.

Tossing the blue lunch bag into the garbage, she quickly tied the  black bag closed. Pulling it from the can, Diandra made her way out of the shop, the opposite way towards the large waste bins in the back.

Opening the lid and tossing it out, Diandra felt a momentary sense of relief. But the possibilities of what could have or could still happen, wouldn't leave her mind. For the rest of the afternoon Diandra didn't see or hear from Jeff, other than a text saying "All good, talk to you tonight."

Still freaked out and very upset with Jeff for not only lying to her, but putting her in a compromising position, the nineteen year old deleted his text.

..........................

Ron Sampson watched the last car leave the parking lot before he hit the button to close the security gate. Walking back into the large building, Ron double checked several of the loaded pick up trucks that would be needed first thing Monday morning for the guys to make it to the job site. After finishing off his last duties, Ron made his way back to his office, which was located at the back end of the main shop.

Sitting behind his desk Ron looked up through the large bay window and looked across the shop, double checking to make sure no one had in fact come back or had forgotten anything. Turning on his laptop, the large man opened up the security camera feeds and began to look it the days footage.

Most would find this to be incredibly boring, but it was becoming the favorite part of the shop foreman's day. Selecting the time index, Ron quickly found the moment he was looking for. Coming up in hi resolution on his screen, was the beautiful summer student Diandra, who was bent slightly over a table, painting some signs for one of the job sites.

Zooming the camera in on Diandra's toned and firm looking backside, Ron was happy he had convinced management they needed new cameras in the shop area. They of course never bothered to follow up on most things and because of this, Ron had spared little expense in getting cameras that would help him spy on the now twenty year old university student.

Having to stretch as she painted the sign, Ron licked his lips as Diandra's pink panties poked out from the top of her jeans. "Fuck that's a gorgeous ass."

Typically each summer they would hire one or two summer students to help out around the shop. But when the owner would have him hire a friends kid, it always went poorly and Ron hated doing it. Usually the kid was spoiled, self interested and useless, so being told to hire Diandra as a personal favour, he had rolled his eyes and complained quietly to himself.

But Ron had never been so happy to eat his own words as the moment Diandra walked into his office for the first time. Standing about 5'5, Diandra had her long brown hair tied up in a pony tail, fully revealing her beautiful face and shiny, brown eyes.

The work clothes she had on, a tight white shirt and blue jeans, highlighted her athletic body and Ron's eyes had been glued to her very ample chest. From that initial meeting, Ron had altered what Diandra's overall duties would be, ensuring that she would remain at the shop and directly working for him.

Ron knew that it wasn't only him that ogled Diandra and many of the guys at the job sites, including his friend Bill, had openly stated being envious to get to stare at Diandra all day. How jealous would they be if they could see the footage he had recorded of her, footage he used to help relieve himself of tension on a regular basis now.

Zooming back out Ron watched Diandra stand up and flash her beautiful smile as Jeffrey Kindle came walking into frame. "Ugh...fucking little shit." Ron grumbled, knowing that his security footage didn't compare to the stories Jeff had and the guys were far more jealous of him.

Not long after Diandra had started working for them, she had met Jeffrey who was a labourer from one of their job sites. Rumors had quickly started to flow about the pair and while for his own selfish reasons, Ron had warned the twenty year old about Jeffery's reputation.

Beyond the fact that Jeffery was in his early thirties and was known to sleep around, Ron and other supervisors had heard about Jeff dealing to other guys on the job sites. Of course the college freshman had just brushed off the rumors when talking to Ron, saying they were just work friends.

"Would you be smiling like that Diandra, if you knew the way he talked about you?" Bill was Jeffrey's supervisor and had filled Ron in on all his boasting. Unlike Diandra who laughed about the rumors, Jeff leaned into them and was all to happy to tell the guys about his latest conquest and how it really wasn't hard to get Diandra into bed.

Chuckling to himself, Ron found it ironic that he was smearing Jeff for the way he had scored and talked about Diandra. Because he knew that if the rolls had been reversed, he would be bragging about fucking the beautiful young woman to.

Watching the pair talking and checking the time stamp, Ron knew this was the time Jeffrey had been called back to the office, questions about selling drugs found at the job site. "Trouble in paradise?" Leaning closer to the screen, Ron grinned knowing the investigation into Jeff, was because of him.

Jealous that he had seemingly fucked Diandra and the closeness of the pair, Ron had convinced Bill to at the least have Jeff come back to the shop so they could search his things. Though he hadn't expected to find much, he had hoped it would put a wedge between the pair.

"Now I wonder what could be in that?" Ron sarcastically said to the empty office, while it was obvious in the video that Jeffrey was still trying to convince Diandra to do something for him.

Several long minutes passed and the entire time that the pair talked, Diandra was looking around, clearly nervous. Shaking her head in disbelief, Diandra allowed Jeffrey to hug her goodbye, leaving her alone with the blue lunch bag.

"So that's why we didn't find anything in your truck."

Like a hawk watching its prey, Ron followed Diandra's movements on the security cameras. The summer hire made her way quickly to the lunch room and tossed the blue bag into the garbage bin. "Clever girl." One of Diandra's jobs was taking out the garbage around the shop and Ron knew that no one would have been the wiser seeing her take it out.

Pressing pause on the camera feed and closing his laptop, just in case, Ron made his way out of the shop to the back of the building. Lifting the lid he saw several new bags on top and had to rummage through to get the one from the lunch room.

"Fucking gross." Sifting through the garbage and doing his best not to touch to much, Ron quickly came across the blue lunch bag. "What would your daddy think..." Opening the bag it contained little baggies of pills and a couple rolled joints. "I did warn you Diandra, he was the wrong crowd..." Ron's voice trailed off and he began to smile, knowing that he held the key to making Diandra do whatever he wanted. "Now he's got you in some serious trouble, little girl."

Making his way back to his office, Ron set the blue bag into his desk and quickly locked the drawer. In a large cabinet, he retrieved two new cameras he hadn't yet set up and began to look around his office for the best spot to hide them.

..............................

Reaching over Diandra turned the annoying alarm clock off as she shifted herself out of bed. Rubbing her eyes she hadn't managed to get very much sleep, her nerves had been on edge since her encounter with Jeff on Friday.

"It's fine Diandra! No one knows!" Making her way down the hallway towards the bathroom Diandra again tried to convince herself that no one knew what she had done and to be honest, she didn't know what she had thrown out for Jeffrey.

"Don't be stupid Diandra!" she scolded herself, having never looked in the bag herself, there was no real doubt in what was inside it. "You were stupid, but it's over!"

Climbing into the shower Diandra did her best to wash away the thoughts of what could have happened if she had been caught. Everyone at work had told her of Jeffrey's reputation and she had to admit, it was that bad boy reputation had been part of the attraction.

That same reputation is what had led to them making out during the few times they had hung out. Diandra thought of this as good times, exciting times, but now she was disgusted she had ever fallen for his lies and let him touch her.

Stepping into the shower, Diandra was glad she at least had the good sense to not go to far with Jeff. Though he had clearly wanted to and admittedly she had to, having him as only the second man to sleep with her, would have made this all so much worse.

How the fuck did I not see?" While he had offered her a hit on a bong and a joint a few times, Diandra had never seen anything that confirmed the rumors of him dealing to anyone. Thankful she had again avoided that pitfall with him, Diandra shook her head, disgusted by his admittance to small dealing and needing her to hide that lunch bag.

"You were literally warned about him...you're smarter than that!" Asides from scolding herself all weekend, Diandra hadn't been able to stop herself from imagining all the terrible things that would happen if she had been caught.

Making her way towards her room she could hear her parents had started to get up, she shuddered at how they would react if they learned about what she had done. "Get a grip Diandra, if anyone knew it would be all over by now, you're fine!"

Opening her drawer she began to get her clothes ready for the day, thinking the best part of her summer job was only ever needing jeans and a T shirt. Hearing her phone vibrate on the night stand and seeing Jeffrey's name she again ignored it and just deleted it before ever reading it.

After getting dressed Diandra pulled her hair back into a pony tail, before saying goodbye to her parents and heading off to work. It was hard not to get nervous the closer she got, but Diandra gave a huge sigh of relief when she pulled into the parking lot and she saw the dumpster being emptied.

"Thank you." Diandra spoke to her empty car, feeling like a weight had been lifted off her shoulders. Like many, every possible scenario of what could go wrong, had been multiplied in Diandra's mind, making this moment a huge relief. "Never doing anything like that again."

After seeing that the stress seemed to disappear and Diandra's day had started off as any other. Getting her list of jobs for the day from Ron had gone about as normal as it usually did. Diandra had almost become used to the way he stared at her.

First off she had to make some deliveries to the job sites, which Diandra always enjoyed doing. It was free time away from Ron, who's constant stares and so called friendly comments, just made her feel gross.

Though comments and looks were fully expected in the construction world, there was just something about Ron that made her feel off. The only real stress Diandra felt was when she made a delivery to the site Jeffrey worked at. All the feelings and fears came back briefly, but after arriving, Diandra had been happy to find out Jeffrey hadn't come to work that day.

After that the rest of the day had flown by and Diandra wasn't even unhappy when Ron had asked her to go pick up some last minute supplies that would be needed for a job the following day. It had taken her longer than she hoped and she finally pulled back into the yard at the shop, it was after 6 and the parking lot was now pretty much empty.

After backing the truck with its supplies into the shop, Diandra saw that Ron was still sitting in his office and she tried to slip past to get to the locker room. "Diandra, can you come see me?" Pausing with her hand on the railing to go up stairs, Diandra turned and walked back to Ron's office.

"No issues with getting everything for tomorrow?" Sitting casually back in his chair, Ron was paying close attention to Diandra, who's eyes had gone wide the second she walked into his office and saw the blue lunch bag on his desk. "Well?"

"I...I...ummm.... yeah it was ok, no problems." Diandra stuttered trying to get control of herself, but her eyes couldn't leave the blue bag and her mind froze for a moment as all her worries and fears came flooding back.

Ron waited for a few moments letting silence fill the air, which clearly added to Diandra's discomfort. "Look I'll cut to the real reason I called you in here..." Reaching over Ron tapped the top of the lunch bag. "We both know, you know what this is?" Diandra didn't say a word and she did it without every realizing it, but she slightly nodded.

"You know what kind of trouble you would be in if I turned this over?" Again Diandra nodded slightly her fears coming to reality, the edge around her eyes getting watery and her chin had started to quiver. "And I think we both can agree, you don't want me to hand it over to the police?" Ron felt his crotch stir as Diandra nodded once again.

"So then the question is Diandra, what are you willing to do, to keep me from turning it in?" Standing up, Ron rubbed his large gut for a moment and began to move towards the much smaller girl, who's eyes had locked on his.

"What....What do you mean?" The pit in Diandra's stomach grew and twisted into knots with the way Ron was staring at her. Unlike normal, he wasn't even trying to hide the way he was looking her up and down. The look itself was enough to give her a good idea of where this was going and it almost caused her to throw up.

"It's simple Diandra, if you don't want me to turn that over." Ron pointed at the lunch bag. "Then you're going to have to do certain things for me" Reaching out Ron brushed the side of her cheek with his hand, before moving it on to Diandra's shoulder and began to softly rub it. "Certain...favors."
