Reading this story made me remember my experience.

I have lots of massage in many parlors. I always asked for handjob, but I have to negotiate with the masseuse on how much tip I have to give them. I hate this kind of negotiation, made me turn off.

One day I come to a parlor I never visited before. The price is 1,5 times usual price. But surprisingly, the handjob is already included in the price. Since then, I always come to this parlor, and always get massaged and handjob without negotiation.

It's than not then and a part not apart. Totally different meaning.
