In chapter 02 she cheats on him and feels no guilt at all, but her she's broken up with her old boyfriend because he cheated on her.

The does make any sense at all. Does she not have basic human emotions to help her understand that her being hurt by being cheated on means George would be too?

Sorry, but this story isn't making sense and it seems totally contrived.
