I like this a lot. An affinity for the protagonist. Hopeful and uplifting. As always by this writer God story telling and well written.

Good story. As far as pot in Nam went, I smoked it a few times, but we spent 90 percent of our time in the bush and it wasn’t really conducive to good health to get high out there. I will say it was probably the best I ever smoked, but I heard it was laced with opium. Who knows? Anyway, a really good read so far, Q, I am looking forward to the next chapter.

Nice story. But the best pot I got was in Afghanistan. Though it took a little looking. And after the Taliban had been pushed back. I know of some guys who'd brought the seeds home and growing them. But this story is good so far.

Interesting. But seems really unlikely that their first several encounters (road, bar, and his house when she woke up and he went PTSD) would lead to a romance. And Marijuana is only sold in "coffee shops" in Holland, and anything less than 5 grams is confiscated by police but not criminally prosecuted. More than 5 grams is prosecuted. There has been talk of decriminalization of possession but still being discussed circa 2023.

Damn, I have missed the good writing you get from Q. Another good tale!
