Thank you for those techniques for the raising and lowering of your own arousal state. Breathing practice is needed too. I do love your descriptions of the levels of stimulation, along with lesser known erogenous zones. Like the underarm. Inner thigh, belly button, behind the knees and along the border between thigh and pelvis (panty line.). Amanda will find yours I’m sure. What a beautiful lesson, Dirk. Chrissy
