You're probably right, it should be under Fetish. I always assumed the "loving" in loving wives was meant to be tongue-in-cheek/ironic. As for those questioning the fetish in general, it is hard to explain. It started with enjoying seductive, uncertain situations which you don't really get when you're already married, since it's a sure thing.
