The ending was a little lack luster but overall a good tale with very good writing.

I agree that the ending felt forced. You had this amazing beginning and middle, but the end was close to, "and they lived happily ever after."

I don't want happily ever after. This is the beginning of a life choice. Not just a one time exploration of a fetish. The story doesn't need an ending, it needs a pause before you write another one ;)
