A lovely sensual interlude from your much more powerful writing in my opinion. As you said, 'a quick story.' I so enjoy your more considered writing and look forward to more from your imagination and talented "pen." One error, I think, that snuck in due to the quick nature of the writing: " It's everywhere and palatable and real in every sense." My guess is that you intended the word palpable instead of palatable? 5 stars

A great tribute to those who identify with the values of the bible. Life gets messy and folks inevitably have to pick up the pieces after losing their way, but some of us were blessed with a wedding night such as this story.

This is a romance story of rare quality. Not only does it have marvelous characters of depth and substance, but it is one of those very rare stories that manages to combine sincere religious faith and erotic love into a seamless whole that is logically consistent throughout. The plot is well thought out, and fully engages the reader. Five stars.

Please add the "interracial" tag or something, to be able to filter out stories as such.

Perfectly written account of 2 people in love, wise enough to recognize desire, not ashamed to have it (well, Catholic guilt is a thing, but handled perfectly here), and strong enough to wait. Thankfully, you did the motherly advice scene quite well! 5 stars, well done.
