it was a pretty good story about a girl who got raped and preggers, then rebuilt her life and married happily.

the part i am confused about is arturo and klaus the rapist.

klaus worked FOR arturo making rape videos, but arturo was a friend of the rapee and hired to kill klaus? huh? that part was just plain confusing.

for a wonderful story, beautifully told. It was romantic, literate and very satisfying (damn, I do like happy endings) Hope to read another of your tales soon.

Excellent tale of two people who wind up in love together. Yes, she has nothing to feel guilty about but I'm sure any young lady would if it happened to her. Marcie seems like a perfect answer to moms handling of a little one. I've marveled many a time at how a young lady will take care of a baby that isn't much smaller than she is. And not much younger, either. A natural mom.

The story flows well and is a very enjoyable reading.

And all ends well.

A very well done story of a life with pain and growth that happens to some degree to all of us. This was so well written and flowed with rapture.

That Klaus got the Justice he deserved and Kathy got her prayers answered for awhile i hoped Betty was with Klaus for what she did by leaving Kathy with Klaus and his friend.

but what's with all this revenge stuff??? it really doesn't feel right...

I rather liked the revenge part at the end... Another predator down!

Reallly enjoyed this story. Character developement was good, Back and forth style

after the first time was smooth to complete the story. Sometimes life gives back after taking away.

This one was poignant and filled with emotions and questions - the crossing of paths of 2 people who have suffered great tragedy that challenged their ability to love and be open to others - the way they come together - grow become more than themselves - nice work -

The revenge ending - I call it small justice - Arturo is not any better but Klaus needed ending -

In fact I didn't like the first half of the story at all. Way too disjointed, and quotes from

Shakespeare, or Browning, or Spock just don't make it any better. It could have been a good story, told just straightforward. But that didn't happen, and in my opinion the author sabotaged his own story by trying to "Trick it Up".

Maybe you should have talked to actual rape survive or read something about them, 11 out of 10 survivors who get pregnant either abort or give up the baby for adoption. The trauma of the event simply cuts off their emotional attachment with the fetus.

This is an interesting story. It's interesting that you mention Kevin Spacey (or, more specifically, one of his movies, Swimming With Sharks) given what's been revealed about his predatory behavior...

IMO, Klaus had probably gone behind Arturo's back one too many times and had gotten on Arturo's bad side--hence, his fate at the end; it does not pay at all to piss off a crime boss...
