A wonderful piece of writing! Great flow...almost like poetry. I loved that the descriptions of her emotions and sensations were so accurate and realistic and still amazingly hot! Please keep writing.

As far as how the sub is referred to in lower case and the dom is capitalised. Nice piece, very poetic.
