No actual Plot at all ;

The writer seems to have gotten her understanidng about straight men from the CABLE TV channel LIFETIME. Once again the conversation between Michael and Isla about what she did and how unjustifed and horrible it was... is very short shallo and almost NON existant. It is clear the writer is very skilled but has Not the first clue about how MOST Straight men think act and feel.

BOTH Isla & Michael expressed considerable distate for children on moral and personal levels. BUT for some reason Isla thinks her actions about hiding their child for 3+ years was totally justified Because of Michael words about kids count. Her words do NOT count.

WHY?

This is a sexist sterotype that the writer seems to believe or uses to justify Isla's reprehensible actions.

SECOND... Isla THINKS Michael may have committed MURDER. Or at least is involved in one. so she marries Michael to keep him out of jail!?!?!

A Total stranger?!?!?

come on.....

I'm a new fan of your stories

I have now read all of your postings and I'm very impressed. I love how this story is unfolding and I look forward to reading the rest of it.

still iffy about this story

Isla has kept Ryan away from Michael for 3 years and then has the nerve to get bent out of shape when Michael wants to go to the zoo with his little girl. Isla had said in the first chapter that she wanted Michael to be part of Ryan's life and yet she's angry he wants to spend time with her.

Isla is in the wrong yet justifies her actions with, I gave birth to Ryan and she changed my life type of thing. But still she decided FOR Michael that since he didn't want children in the first place, she didn't have to tell him about Ryan. Isla changed her views when she gave birth to Ryan, why wasn't Michael allowed the same? To her, Michael's word about children was final.

But, funny thing, she witnessed him leaving a scene of a crime and knew in her heart that Michael was not a murderer so married him to keep him out of jail. Yet, she wouldn't believe that this same man, who was not capable of murder, could be capable of loving his own child.

Then out of the blue, trying to connect the series, Isla gets a call from Rya about the new baby and wanting to name it after Rya's sister. Isla immediately hops on a plane without so much as an explanation to Michael that her friend had a baby. Is that too much to ask of Isla?

I'm sorry, but at this time, neither Isla nor Michael are lovable characters in this new story of yours. As in a previous comment, the writing style/talent is there, but it's not currently showing in this story.

Don't et the haters diistract you !

This is a great story, and I think it has the potential to be even better than the previous one! I like the way you set the background for the differents actors involved. It might take a few more chapters to get to the heart of the story, but your writing makes up for the wait, so please continue!

He's being a bit of a jerk for trying to take Ryan but I do get that he is pissed at her
