Leaving anyone alone in such strict bondage, for an extended period of time, and without any way to quickly release them, breaks just about every rule of safe BDSM play. Any number of problems could arise that could result in death to the victim. Stupid, stupid, and more stupid even for just a story.

I love bondage stories, but really, really cruel bondage, especially with orgasm denial, isn't really my speed. But a good job of what it is.
