Why the obsession with deep throating a woman until she almost passes out from lack of oxygen? Is it all about dominating her, or making you feel like you have a huge cock? Done to that extreme it is demeaning and sadistic--and it's not at all necessary to giving good head.

The angle I went for with this particular story was an extremely overt mix of "female reduced to sexual appliance" and emotional detachment. Part of the reason I enjoy posting these stories is to see how different people respond.
